However, exchanges are allowed in the event that a product that a customer purchases is faulty, damaged, or does not fit the description on our website which they purchased. If an item was purchased that qualifies for an exchange, that item must be mailed back to beautyangelsstore.us at the address below to execute the exchange.

  • Item(s) must be received in original condition and in original retail packaging.
  • Item(s) should be securely packed.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
